A Jain tikka masala gravy made without onion or garlic: tomato and capsicum cooked into a rich, restaurant-style masala with butter, cream, cashews and whole spices.
Add your own paneer or vegetables and simmer for two minutes for a quick Jain tikka masala, or eat it as it is with rotis or rice.

Does it really not need refrigeration?
Correct. Our retort pouch is sealed with the air pressed out, then sterilised at 121°C — the same technology the Indian army and ISRO use. Store at room temperature for 12 months. Refrigerate only after opening.
How long does it actually stay good?
12 months from the manufacture date printed on the back of the pouch. Once opened, finish within 24 hours (refrigerated).
Is the taste identical to fresh?
We won't say identical — fresh is always fresh. But the retort process locks in flavour and texture at the peak of cooking, so most customers can't tell the difference once it's heated through. For the closest result, heat it in a pan rather than the microwave.
Can I take it on a flight?
Yes — fully sealed retort pouches are allowed in checked baggage internationally. Many of our NRI customers do exactly this.

Is it safe to pay in advance?
