Shipping policy

Payment Options: We support the following payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount shown in your order summary at checkout.

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases you did not make, please check with family members or colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days by emailing us at support@thakarkitchen.com.

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring that the information passed to the payment gateway is accurate (account details, billing address, password for net banking, etc.). Please also check if your internet connection was disrupted during the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is normally rolled back within 7 business days. Email us at support@thakarkitchen.com with your order number for any clarification.

Shipping: Delivery within 0 to 7 days. We ship orders after successful placement. Shipping is processed within one business day. Free delivery on all orders above ₹699. A flat delivery charge of ₹70 applies for orders below ₹699.
