“Better than most restaurants.”
Thick, creamy, properly slow-cooked taste. The ghee on top is a nice touch. I heat it and add a squeeze of lemon — perfection.

I was skeptical about ready-to-eat dal makhani but this one surprised me. Rich, smoky, and the kidney beans are cooked through perfectly.
Living in Dubai, I miss proper dal makhani. This comes very close. The three-dal blend gives it depth you do not get from single-dal versions.
You can tell it has been simmered. Good ghee finish. I add a spoon of cream and it is restaurant quality.
Velvety three-dal blend, deep flavour. Felt like a treat on a tired Tuesday. Keeping a few pouches stocked.
Heat and eat, the way mum would, in minutes. Pick your way.

Retort sealing is what lets a cooked dish keep without a single preservative. That part is new. What goes inside it is the food this kitchen has made since 1967.
Not a replacement for home cooking. The next best thing when life gets busy.
Per serve, based on a single pouch at ₹160 serving 2.
Correct. Our retort pouch is sealed with the air pressed out, then sterilised at 121°C — the same technology the Indian army and ISRO use. Store at room temperature for 12 months. Refrigerate only after opening.
12 months from the manufacture date printed on the back of the pouch. Once opened, finish within 24 hours (refrigerated).
We won't say identical — fresh is always fresh. But the retort process locks in flavour and texture at the peak of cooking, so most customers can't tell the difference once it's heated through. For the closest result, heat it in a pan rather than the microwave.
Yes — fully sealed retort pouches are allowed in checked baggage internationally. Many of our NRI customers do exactly this.
