“Fluffy — never mushy.”
Every grain stays separate, something I could never manage with basmati at home. Ready in minutes and my kids actually clean their plates. It's become the default base for whatever dal or sabzi I make.

The jeera comes through beautifully without being overpowering. I keep a few pouches for late nights after work — heat it, done, restaurant-quality rice with zero cleanup. Genuinely a lifesaver on busy weeks.
So far from home and craving a proper Indian meal — this hit the spot. The cumin aroma filled the whole kitchen the moment I opened the pouch. Only knocking off a star because I wish the pack were bigger; I finished it far too quickly.
Heat and eat, the way mum would, in minutes. Pick your way.

Retort sealing is what lets a cooked dish keep without a single preservative. That part is new. What goes inside it is the food this kitchen has made since 1967.
Not a replacement for home cooking. The next best thing when life gets busy.
Per serve, based on a single pouch at ₹100 serving 2.
Correct. Our retort pouch is sealed with the air pressed out, then sterilised at 121°C — the same technology the Indian army and ISRO use. Store at room temperature for 12 months. Refrigerate only after opening.
12 months from the manufacture date printed on the back of the pouch. Once opened, finish within 24 hours (refrigerated).
We won't say identical — fresh is always fresh. But the retort process locks in flavour and texture at the peak of cooking, so most customers can't tell the difference once it's heated through. For the closest result, heat it in a pan rather than the microwave.
Yes — fully sealed retort pouches are allowed in checked baggage internationally. Many of our NRI customers do exactly this.
