Refund policy

Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped by calling our customer service at +91 82388 99993 or emailing support@thakarkitchen.com. In such cases, we will process a refund for any payments already made.

Since our products are ready-to-eat food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Fraudulent Transactions: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or any transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we may cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and customers and reserve the right to deny access or cancel orders placed by them.
