Proper Saurashtra flavour.
Methi Papad is a favourite in Marwari and Gujarati homes: fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves and pieces of papad cooked in a tangy tomato and buttermilk gravy with garlic and green chillies. The methi brings a pleasant bitterness; the papad soaks up the gravy and turns soft and savoury.
Serve it with rotli, bajra rotla or rice.

Id never tried methi-papad before. Bought it on a whim and now its in my regular rotation. The papad pieces add a really nice textural surprise.
The fenugreek balances the creaminess of the buttermilk — exactly how it is served at Saurashtra weddings. Genuinely impressed by this one.
The fenugreek and buttermilk base is so nostalgic. Papad stays nice. A bit tangy for some but I love it.
Different from anything packaged. First spoon felt very tangy, but by the third I was hooked. Niche but authentic.
Heat and eat, the way mum would, in minutes. Pick your way.

Retort sealing is what lets a cooked dish keep without a single preservative. That part is new. What goes inside it is the food this kitchen has made since 1967.
Not a replacement for home cooking. The next best thing when life gets busy.
Per serve, based on a single pouch at ₹125 serving 2.
Correct. Our retort pouch is sealed with the air pressed out, then sterilised at 121°C — the same technology the Indian army and ISRO use. Store at room temperature for 12 months. Refrigerate only after opening.
12 months from the manufacture date printed on the back of the pouch. Once opened, finish within 24 hours (refrigerated).
We won't say identical — fresh is always fresh. But the retort process locks in flavour and texture at the peak of cooking, so most customers can't tell the difference once it's heated through. For the closest result, heat it in a pan rather than the microwave.
Yes — fully sealed retort pouches are allowed in checked baggage internationally. Many of our NRI customers do exactly this.
